  • Why We No Longer Offer Refunds: A Real Story

    When we started, we offered a no-questions-asked return policy, hoping it would build trust and peace of mind. But what we didn’t anticipate was how this well-intentioned approach would backfire.

    Sarees came back used, sometimes damaged, and occasionally even swapped with other items entirely. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was a financial hit we couldn’t sustain. Every saree we make is tailored to your unique size and height, handcrafted with care by our artisans. When returned after being worn, it wasted fabric, time, and the love we pour into each piece.

    We realised that with every return, we weren’t just losing money, we were losing our Effort. The energy and strength behind our brand were being drained, and the purpose we stand for was at risk. Our carefully crafted sarees were being misused, and the waste began to impact the very soul of what we do.

    That’s when we made a conscious decision:
    We no longer offer returns.
    Not because we don’t trust you but because we respect what we create, and the people who create it.

    Q: What if I’m not happy with what I get?
    A: That’s rare, But We have not that type of exchange OR return policy in ready to wear saree if you dont like our sarees, Because we stitch all sarees according to customer's height so we can not sell your return saree to any other customers and that return saree is totally loss for us. 

    Q: What if it doesn’t fit me?
    A: We offer one free alteration to get the fit just right. If you need further adjustments, we charge a nominal fee of ₹199. We're here to help you love the fit while being mindful of our resources. you have to just send your saree at our address.

    Q: Can I exchange it for another piece?
    A: Yes! Only if any comes damaged in products. Just raise your exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn and in its original condition. Kindaly contact on this number +91 8200 3200 20

    Q: What if I need more time to decide?
    A: No problem. As long as you raise your request within 3 days, we’ll issue store credit (valid for 1 months), so you can take your time.

    Q: What if the product I receive is damaged or defective?
    A: We carry out a strict quality check before dispatch. But if your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a video. Once verified, we’ll offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 1 months).

    A: Because everyone doesn’t customise like we do. Our sarees are made to order and crafted just for you. Allowing returns led to misuse, waste, and losses that impacted the future of our brand. We’ve chosen a more responsible path that protects our products, our people, and our purpose.

  • ✈️ Shipping: Replacement will be processed and shipped within 3 days of receiving the original saree.
